Paying attention to the moment-to-moment experience of eating can help you improve your diet, manage food cravings, and even lose weight. Join us for an interactive, engaging and educational workshop on Mindful Eating. Discover a variety of mindfulness techniques that help get to the heart of physical and emotional eating challenges and learn how to eat in a healthier and more balanced way. For the past 20 years, Hillary has been teaching clients to make nutrition and health part of their daily routine. She holds a B.S in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Dietetics from Cornell University and a Masters Degree in Applied Anatomy and Physiology from Boston University
